All original paintings are carefully packaged with professional protective materials to ensure safe delivery.

Processing: Orders ship within 3-5 business days of purchase.

Packaging:

• Canvas paintings are shipped rolled in protective tubes to prevent damage during transit
• Watercolour paintings are posted flat with rigid backing for protection
• All unframed works are securely wrapped

UK Shipping: Free tracked and insured delivery to all UK addresses.

International Shipping: Available to select countries. Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Insurance: All shipments are fully insured for the purchase price.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Damage: If your painting arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Note: All paintings are sold unframed. Canvas works will arrive rolled and can be stretched by a local framer.
