Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of original paintings, all sales are final.

Exceptions:

• Damaged in transit: If your painting arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a full refund or replacement.
• Significantly not as described: If the artwork you receive differs significantly from our listing description or photos, contact us within 7 days for a resolution.

Before You Buy: We want you to love your artwork! If you have questions about size, colours, or details, please contact us before purchasing. We're happy to provide additional photos or information.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, sales are final as we begin preparing your artwork for shipment.
